TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Alameda Soda Co (referred to as "We", "Our", or "Company"), located at 1951 Monarch St #200, Alameda, CA 94501 and the user (referred to as "You" or "User") in connection with the use of our services.

SERVICES PROVIDED Alameda Soda Co operates in the Craft Beverage industry and provides a platform for the sale and distribution of craft beverages.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION We understand the importance of privacy and handle your information with utmost care. We will never sell your data to any third party without your consent.
