Unplug the machine from the electrical outlet

  • Wait 15-20 seconds.

Plug the machine back into the outlet

If the valve continues to pour, turn off the key switch

Engage the beverage cup lever, off and on a few times. If it continues to stick you may need to clean the lever switch. If it continues to pour it may be broken so please call us.
