My mom for as long as I can remember has complained that ginger drinks/soda didn't have enough kick. After trying the ginger beer in SF, I sent a pack to my mom in WA and she loved it! It's her favorite drink now, thank you Alameda!

This pack and the last pack I purchased was a gift for a customer at the restaurant I work for. We carry Ginger Beer on tap and he loves it. He loves it so much that he will fill up his fountain soda cup and we allow him to fill up his Stanley tumbler to savor throughout the day. He said it has been hard to find on the Alameda site and I thought I would check from time to time to gift as a gesture of appreciation. When I asked him what he thought of the cans, he said the flavor is totally different from the soda fountain. He says both cases taste of lemon lime. He still enjoys them as a backup in case he cannot visit any of our restaurant locations but it is not the same great taste and quality as the fountain soda flavor.

This is a bit spicier than I thought it would be but letting it sit for a few minutes eases the bit and make it really fine to drink.
The ginger beer was good. It's better if you cut it with something, like juice or alcohol. It was strong, maybe a little bit too strong.

The only problem with the order was that UPS delivery dude said they could not get into my apartment building and I had to pay an extra $6 fee to have them deliver to a Michael’s store— which feels a lot like a scam. Particularly since the day after I went to get it, the UPS truck is parked outside my building and the guyis inside putting packages in our mailroom.
